The Client is responsible for safeguarding and keeping their access credentials confidential. It is understood that in no case can the Owner be held responsible in the event of loss, dissemination, theft or unauthorized use by third parties, for any reason, of the Clients' access credentials.
6. Account Cancellation and Client Account Deletion
Registered Clients can deactivate their accounts, request their cancellation, or stop using the Service at any time by contacting the Owner directly.
The Owner, in case of violation of this Agreement, reserves the right to suspend or close the Client's account at any time and without prior notice.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete the Client's account at any time and without prior notice if it believes that:
- the Client has violated the Contract; and/or
- access to or use of the Service could cause damage to the Owner, other Clients, or third parties; and/or
- the Client's use of gregoriocodagnone.it may result in a violation of applicable laws or regulations; and/or
- in case of investigations conducted as a result of legal actions or due to the involvement of public authorities; and/or
- the account is deemed by the Owner, in its sole discretion and for any reason, inappropriate or offensive or in violation of the Contract or not in line with the Owner's Service standards.
In no case shall the closure or suspension of the Client's account by the Owner constitute grounds for any claim for indemnity or compensation by the Client.

10. Unauthorized Use
The Service must be used in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
Clients may not:

The Service offered by the Owner consists exclusively of providing and maintaining this online space. Once registered, Professionals will have the right to display and promote their Services on the Site, as well as to promote their personal/commercial site. On the other hand, Clients can take advantage of a wide selection of Services and/or Products available on gregoriocodagnone.it and purchase the chosen Service. In no case can the Owner be considered part of the professional relationship that may take place between Professional and Clients.
12. Relationship between the Owner and the Client
The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Owner is not a party to the professional relationship between Professional and Client and that such professional relationship takes place exclusively between the Client and the chosen Professional, in compliance with the conditions established from time to time between the parties.
Clients are required to carefully read the conditions of the individual Services and/or Products received from the Professional and the specific conditions for the provision of the Services.
It is understood that in no case can the Owner be held responsible with reference to the quality, characteristics and availability of the Services and/or Products provided by the Professionals.
13. Withdrawal and Termination
The Client may withdraw from this Contract with the Owner at any time. Upon termination of the relationship, Clients remain contractually obligated to pay the Owner all sums accrued and accruing for Services provided and booked to be provided, subject to cancellation as provided in article 14 below.
In no case shall the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Client constitute grounds for requesting compensation of any kind, type and for any reason.
Furthermore, the Client acknowledges and accepts that the termination of the contract does not entail the automatic removal of the profile from gregoriocodagnone.it. The Owner, however, will promptly remove the Client's profile in the event of an express request from the latter to be sent to the following e-mail:
The Owner reserves the right to withdraw from this Contract at any time without notice and without any justification, by notifying the Client via e-mail of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. Consequently, the Client's account may be obscured and/or deleted by the Owner.
Furthermore, the Owner may terminate this Contract in the event of a breach of this Contract by the Client, or in the event that the latter has engaged in acts and conduct detrimental to the image and reputation of the Site and the Owner, subject to requesting the Client for compensation for further damages.
14. Purchase procedure
The Client must select the chosen Service and complete the purchase by entering payment details, after carefully checking the information entered. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price and taxes. Once the Service has been performed, the Professional will issue a suitable invoice or equivalent accounting document to the Client.
The Contract is concluded when the Owner sends the Payment Confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Client.

15. Payment methods
The accepted payment methods are exclusively those listed in the purchase procedure for the Services on the website. The Platform uses third-party tools for payment processing and acquires some payment data. If the owner of any of these third-party tools refuses payment authorization, gregoriocodagnone.it will not be able to confirm the purchase of the Services.
16. Cancellation and modification of booked Services
The Owner acknowledges the right to cancel or modify booked Services only within 24 hours prior to their provision by the Professional.
MODIFICATION

CANCELLATION

18. Discounts and offers

Each discount and/or offer will be valid until the predetermined expiry date.
19. Limitations of liability

The Owner and all functionalities accessible through gregoriocodagnone.it are made available to Clients, under the terms and conditions of the Contract, without any guarantee, explicit or implicit, other than what is legally mandatory. In particular, no guarantee of suitability of the services offered for the particular purposes intended by the Client is provided.
The use of gregoriocodagnone.it and the functionalities accessible through gregoriocodagnone.it is carried out by Clients at their own risk and under their own responsibility.
The Client undertakes not to discriminate and/or disparage third parties, Professionals, and other Clients through the Website. The Owner will not be liable for damage to image caused by the Client to third parties or the Professional, data loss, or any indirect accidental and consequential damage.
Therefore, the Owner will not be liable for:
- any economic losses that are not a direct consequence of the Owner's breach of the Contract;
- any loss of commercial opportunity and any other loss, even indirect, possibly suffered by the Client;
- damages or losses arising from interruptions or malfunctions of gregoriocodagnone.it due to force majeure events or, in any case, unforeseen and unpredictable events and, in any case, beyond the will and outside the control of the Owner, such as, by way of example and not exhaustive, breakdowns or interruptions of telephone or electricity lines, the internet network and/or other transmission tools, unavailability of websites, strikes, natural events, pandemics and local or national and international health emergencies, judicial authority measures, laws and government as well as regional and local provisions, cyber attacks, interruptions in the provision of third-party products, services or applications and incorrect or improper use of gregoriocodagnone.it by Clients or third parties;

20. Service Interruption

21. Intellectual Property Rights

25. Assignment of contract
The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose by novation or subcontract all or some of the rights or obligations deriving from the Contract, provided that the Client's rights provided herein are not prejudiced. The Client may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this Contract in any way without the written authorization of the Owner.
26. Ineffectiveness and partial nullity
Should any clause of this Contract be null, invalid or ineffective, the aforementioned clause will be eliminated while the remaining clauses will not be affected thereby and will remain fully effective.
27. Communications
