Marine hues

This is the artist's largest work, based on their well-established technique of super-resistant plaster. The strong palette knife strokes that emanate from the center of the canvas spread out like infinite rays towards the edges of the canvas; the colors carried away from the center blend into each other, creating very interesting chiaroscuro effects for the observer. Thanks to the plaster, the artist achieves great three-dimensionality and consequently a high protrusion from the canvas. According to the painter, the work reflects the nuances found in nature in the marine environment.
